Who we are

Velvet Luxe Events is a trade name of Mantanex LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Tickets are sold and payments are processed by Mantanex LLC through Square. Contact: support@vlevents.us.

Tickets

Each ticket has a QR code that admits one person once. Keep your tickets private; anyone with the code can use it. We may refuse entry for duplicated or resold tickets.

Refunds

[YOUR POLICY — e.g. Refunds up to 7 days before the event, minus the service fee. No refunds after that unless the event is cancelled.] If an event is cancelled, we refund the full amount, including fees, to the original card.

Changes

Line-ups, times and venues can change. If an event moves to a new date, your ticket is valid for the new date, or you can ask for a refund within [X] days of the announcement.

Privacy

We use your name and email to send tickets and event updates. We don’t sell your information. Card details are handled by Square and never stored by us.
